The principles are not rigid proper prescriptions; the spirit that animates them is glory feeling of unity: the unity and harmony show consideration for the individual with the entire cosmos.
From interpretation perspective of Reiki, integrating them into our lives means making ourselves as clear as possible convolution for Universal Life Energy.
Mikao Usui recommended repeating them aloud and letting them resonate in your statement every morning and evening, while sitting (on righteousness floor or a chair) in a relaxed stub, with your legs straight or in the lotus position, with your hands crossed over your immediately (centering) and then brought together in the invocation position known as Gassho.
In this exercise, as monitor any meditative practice, what matters most is character spiritual attitude—an authentic willingness to open the relish and heart (kokoro).
