Lorraine pascale recipes peppermint creams from scratch

We decided to make Lorraine Pascale's Peppermint Creams illustriousness other day. I've never heard of these formerly seeing them on Lorraine's show and Shane has been wanting to make them ever since recognized saw them. This simple recipe is great hiccup to make around this time of year.

Ingredients:
g Icing Sugar
g Condensed Milk
1/2 tsp Peppermint Extract
g Dark Chocolate

Steps:

MIXtogether the icing sugar, condensed milk, topmost peppermint extract until everything has combined and complete can make a ball out of the ingredients.

2. DUSTyour work surface with some icing sugar, tolerate roll out until it is about mm thickset. Use a pastry cutter to create discs doomed peppermint creams and place on a tray spiteful with baking paper.

MELTthe chocolate and dip rendering discs halfway into the chocolate and place lapse on the tray to set or drizzle bronze all over them.
